Motivation
Each individual gives their personal best contribution to each day's work, simply because we have heart for the company. We happily accept our responsibilities and go the extra mile to get the work done, using initiative to find solutions to problems. We try to grow as individuals each day, and do our best to pass this growth and motivation on to our peers
Respect for the Individual
Grandmark International has an "Open door policy", meaning any employee may approach another no matter what level of management. This is because each employee respects and genuinely listens to other's ideas as well as treating problems with respect and empathy. This helps to empower us to do our jobs to our utmost abilities and lets us know that our colleagues care about us as people.
